Welcome to How To AI – your plug-and-play AI toolkit for small business owners. We’re here to give you practical tools, templates, and workflows you can use straight away – no jargon, no hype.
These Terms explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we work together. By using How To AI, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.
Our Services
How To AI provides a members-only digital toolkit, delivered via a secure online portal. Your membership gives you access to:
- Step-by-step video guides
- Downloadable PDFs, checklists, and templates
- Ready-to-use AI instructions and prompt packs
- Automation workflows and exclusive GPTs
- Ongoing updates and new resources
We update the toolkit regularly to keep it relevant and useful. We may add, remove, or change content, tools, or features at any time.
Membership & Billing
- Price: $79/year (USD) for full access.
- Renewal: Membership renews automatically every year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your access will continue until the end of your paid period.
- Prices may change in the future, but we’ll always notify you before renewal if that happens.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. If you’re 13–17, a parent or guardian must set up and manage your membership.
Refunds
Because our toolkit contains instantly accessible digital resources, we don’t offer refunds if you’ve logged in and accessed the members’ area.
We will, however, refund in cases of billing errors — for example, if you’ve been charged twice, billed the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling. If you believe a billing mistake has been made, email us at support@howtoai.me within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate and put things right.
Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure. Your account is for your personal or business team use only — please don’t share your login outside your organisation.
Privacy & Data
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. In short: we don’t sell your data, and we only use it to deliver your membership and communicate with you.
Intellectual Property
All videos, PDFs, templates, prompts, and other content are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own business, but you must not copy, share, sell, or distribute them to others without our written permission.
User-Generated Content
If you share any content with us (e.g. feedback, success stories, submitted prompts), you confirm you have the right to share it and give us permission to use it in our marketing or materials.
Responsible & Legal Use
You agree not to use How To AI to create, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights. We follow UK Online Safety laws and remove prohibited content as quickly as possible.

We offer email support at support@howtoai.me and aim to respond within 2 working days. You’ll also find help inside the toolkit.
Disclaimers
We provide How To AI “as is” and make no guarantees about specific business results. While our content is designed for accuracy and practicality, you’re responsible for checking any AI-generated output before using it.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. We’re not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Termination
We may suspend or end your membership without refund if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in those courts, unless otherwise agreed.
